Will you take credit cards at Domefest?

Yep! But just to lean on the safe side, carry some cash just in case. You know how finicky those credit card machines can be sometimes, and we wouldn’t want you to NOT be able to buy beer. ATM machines are also available on site.

Will there be ATM’s at the festival?

Yup, we got you covered. There is one ATM at the main ticketing gate. Plus, there is one ATM in the outfitter store and one in The Lost Paddle at ACE Adventure Resort – just a short drive or walk from the festival grounds.

Will the festival site have WI-FI?

No, there is not WI-FI at the festival site. There are wireless hotspots at The Lost Paddle and in the Welcome Center.

Will I be able to use my cell phone?

That depends on your carrier really. AT&T tends to work great. Verizon usually works on top of the mountain. And Sprint, well, that could be a little sketchy.

Where can I buy Domefest Merchandise?

Check out the merch booth on vendor row at the festival grounds or inside the Welcome Center.

When do the Festival Gates/Stage Area Open?

The stage area and vendor area is open during the duration of the event. Stay tuned for Domefest’s full music schedule.

What will the weather be like?

Well, it’s hard to say definitively this far in advance, but typically in August in WV the weather is usually warm and humid, perfect for outdoor adventures like hiking, rafting, and climbing. Daytime highs are usually in the mid-70s to mid-80s °F while nighttime lows can range from the mid-50s to low 60s °F.

Is there a Lost & Found

Yep! It’s located at the ACE Welcome Center. Lost items can be dropped off at the Festival Information window at the stage area security check. All lost items will be held at the Welcome Center for a total of 60 days.

What kind of food will be available?

LOTS! We’ll have burgers, pizzas, BBQ, pork, brisket and several other food vendors. And yes, we will have vegetarian options as well. We also have food available at our onsite restaurant, The Lost Paddle Bar & Grill. If you have a more unique dietary requirement and would love to know if we will have what you need, feel free to contact us, and we will make sure to accommodate you if we can.

What kind of beverages will be sold at Domefest?

Plenty of beer, soda, and water. And when I say plenty, I mean we’re looking forward to having some of West Virginia’s best craft breweries competing with your more traditional domestics that we all know and love.

Where can Emergency Services and First Aid be located?
A First Aid Tent is located at the main gate to the Main Stage area. If you need medical assistance you can call our Medical Help Line at 304-640-4118.

Am I allowed to tape/record performances?

Domefest allows audio recording of the event. A Tapers Section will be provided with limited area, first come until full. Soundboard patches will not be offered. Please be self-sufficient (bring your own batteries and power) and be respectful of patrons and crew. At any time, Domefest may change, modify, or close the taper section without warning if problems arise. Cameras will be allowed in the concert area; but please refrain from using flash in the concert area.

Am I allowed to take photos or videos?

Handheld cell phone pictures and videos are permitted. We encourage you to share your memories on social media and tag Domefest (@domefestofficial) and ACE Adventure (@aceadventureresort). However, professional cameras (a camera with a detachable lens) and poles or tripods/monopods are prohibited, unless you’ve been officially approved as a media partner.
