How do I check into the event?

Upon arrival you will need to present your ticket QR code which was emailed to you. You can present this QR code printed out or on your phone for scanning. Upon having your ticket scanned you will receive an event wristband that you must wear for the duration of the event.

When is the music?

Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Stay tuned for the full stage schedule.

When do the gates open for arrival?

The mountaintop will open at 10AM daily for new arrivals.

How much is parking?

There are no required parking passes. Parking is included in your ticket price.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, ACE is very kid friendly! Children under 10 are admitted for FREE into the festival grounds. Other fees for camping and activities may apply.

Can I get a refund?

Hopefully you won’t want or need one, but no. You cannot get a refund. All sales are final. Any promo code or discount must be presented at the time of original purchase. Ticket purchaser assumes all liability.

Where is Will Call located?

Will Call is located at the Welcome Center as soon as you arrive at ACE Adventure Resort.

Are Single Day Tickets available?

If the festival is not sold out, single day tickets will be made available closer to the event date.

Can I get tickets upon arrival?

Yep! Tickets, lodging, and activity passes will be available for purchase at the Welcome Center. However, remember that supplies are limited.

How do I get access to the waterpark?

Waterpark passes are available for purchase in advance with your Domefest tickets. Friday and Saturday waterpark access is included with the High Flyer VIP Packages. You can also purchase passes onsite at the waterpark entrance kiosks. Please note all waterpark guests will need to complete a waiver which can be found and completed in advance HERE.
